Karen McLanahan Obituary

We announce the death of Karen McLanahan (Dublin, Ohio), who passed away on March 30, 2026, at the age of 85. Karen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold (Doris Broberg) and Karen. She is survived by: her brother Gary; her husband Ronald McLanahan; her children, Steven and Amy; her sisters, Janet and Diane; and her grandchildren, Evan, Emma and Ally. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation in her memory, in the hope of helping other families in the future.
