She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, John Gallagher and Kathryn Gallagher (Getz); her brother John; her husband Walter 'Walt J. DeGroft, Jr.; and her children, Laura Burzynski (Jay) of Toledo, Jay DeGroft (Beth) of Mason, Brian DeGroft (Kristin) of Mason and Dr. Kathleen 'Boo' Blake (Chris) of Dublin. She was also cherished by her 13 grandchildren.
