It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Hoover of Dublin, Ohio, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Hoover and Ruthe Hoover. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Hoover; his children, Kelli Davis (Chris), Jeff Hoover (Kim), Robert Hoover (Penny) and Jenny Starr (Stephen); his sisters, Mary Ruthe Carnahan and Emily Daneen Gosser; and his grandchildren, Andrea, Kate, Brittany, Maggie, Madison, Jake, Luke, Abby and Charlotte.
