He is survived by: his wife Joan Kay Barclay (Sheppard); his children, Traci McClellan (Jeff), Shari Tucker O'Neill (Clayton) and Keith Barclay (Kristin Cassady); and his grandchildren, Luke McClellan (Caroline), Alison Murrey (Jeff), Sara Swingle (John Dooley), Clint McElfresh (Brandy Carsey), Dylan Tucker (Elizabeth) and Lauren Barclay. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
