He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Cassady and Irene Cassady (Bush); his wife Doris J. Cassady; his daughter Cyndy Harris; his granddaughter Angie Shipley; and his brother Melvin Cassady.
He is survived by: his son Donald Cassady (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Eric Cassady (Mary), Nick Cassady (Rachel), Tyler Cassady (Sheridan), Taylor DeVault (Travis), Brody Searls (Kaci) and Jordon Searls; his great grandchildren, Camryn, Carsyn, Cora, Raylan, Luke, Claire, Navie, Brayden, Kali, Anthony and Brynlee; his great great grandchild Jourdyn; his brother Gary Cassady (Ida); and his stepdaughter Vicki Stanbery (Jim).
