She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray E. Dutro and Clara Dutro (Howell); her husband Donald L. Moore; her children, Mark Douglas and Lynne Etta; her son-in-law Thomas Hack; her sisters, Alice Dickson and Stella Walker; and her parents-in-law, Alton and Leota Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Susan D. Maykuth, Stephen W. Moore (Linda), Bradley L. Moore (Stacey), Jana E. Moore and Angela C. Freeze (Ryan); her grandchildren, Allison Maykuth, Garrett Moore, Zachary, Avery Moore, Alexandra Unrue (Hack), Andrew Hack and Alaina Freeze; and her stepgrandchildren, Meghan Ulsh (Huston) and McKenzie Kaufmann (Huston). She is also survived by several great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made in Ramona's name to Genesis Hospice or the Pleasant Grove Church.
