He was predeceased by: his parent Debbie A. Haley; his grandparents, Larry, Sally Haley, Wilbur and Dora Hina; his uncle Don Haley; and his cousin Ryan Haley.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Shelia Lyttle; his sons, Levi Haley and Troy Haley Jr.; his brother Eric Hina; his stepbrother Brian Hina (Traci); and his nephews, Cobe and Connor. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
