She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Creager and Frances Piper (Barnes); her grandson Chaz Ward; her brother Jeff Creager; and her son-in-law Jim McMillion.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn McMillion of Kenton, Lisa Cahill (Ryan) of Kenton and Lori Ward (Josette Murray) of Cridersville; and her half-brothers, Mike Piper (Cathy), Scott Piper (Laurie) and Tony Piper (Denise). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jeni's may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
