He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Burnworth and Jean Burnworth (Crowe); his son Weston Burnworth (Alainy) of Mt. Victory; his sister Renea Flowers (Brian) of Dola; his grandchildren, Bowen and Broxton; and his nieces and nephews, Ashlyn Vermillion (Ethan), Brailey Delong, Mya Vermillion, Bradley Flowers (Kambrey) and Bexton Flowers.
Memorial donations in Wade's honor may be made to the Hardin County Pheasants Forever.
