He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kopache and Teresa Kopache (Keane); and his siblings, Jennie Kratzer and Joseph Kopache Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Renee Kopache, Steven Kopache (Jeanie) and Richard Kopache; and his pet Lucy.
