He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Owens and Dorothy Chips Caldwell Stull. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bailey Owens; his children, Patricia E. Owens of Toronto, Carl E. Owens, Jr. of East Liverpool and Jason Lee Jones of Steubenville; his stepson Joseph Bailey of East Liverpool; his siblings, Myrtle Keene and Louie Owens; and his nieces and nephews, Charles Stull, Arza Stull, Raymond Stull, Diane Nicewonger, Barbara Stull and Jennifer Shaffer. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
