He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie L. Harper and Rosey M. Harper (Punty); his wife Juanita M. "Wonie" Harper (Gillespie); and his siblings, Ethel Gay Krevetski, Lucille Hickman, Ruby Eubank, Emma Harbert, Mamie Ambrose, Pearl DeWitt, Earl Harper and Lester Harper.
He is survived by: his children, Janet DePolo (Phillip) of Mason, OH, Cecil J. Harper (Belinda) of Huntington, WV and Larry L. Harper (Debbie) of Chester; his grandchildren, Sandy DeWitt, Gregg Harper, Todd Harper, Kiley DePolo and Kelsey DePolo (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Celeste DeWitt, Sophia Dewitt and Jericho Harper; and his siblings, Glenora Eubank, Herb Harper, Larry Harper (Susie) and Garl Harper.
