He is survived by : his daughter Babette Welsh; and his sisters, Naomi Sholes and Helen Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
