She was predeceased by: her parents, John Auerbach and Elizabeth Phenning Auerbach; her husband Harry D. Smith; and her siblings, Mary Russell, Ann Watkin, Elizabeth Wurzel, Kate Prodonovich, Margaret Marshall, Dorothy Quiring, John Auerbach and George Anthony "Tony" Auerbach.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Smith of Calcutta, Donald L. Smith (Marilyn) of East Liverpool, Michael R. Smith (Laura) of East Liverpool and Tony Smith (Nancy) of Lisbon. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
