James D. Casto Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Casto and Kathryn Shook Casto; and his brothers, Donald S. Casto and Wilbert G. Casto. He is survived by: his children, Deborah "Debi" Kelly (Don) of Woodstock, Judy Casto (Bob) of La Crosse and James W. Casto (Karen) of Canton; his grandchildren, Kay and Mike Casto; his significant other Tracy Hyatt of East Liverpool; and his sisters, Elva Jean Dunlevy and Georgianne Danielson (Charles Long). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be sent to the East Liverpool Beautification Society, 3300 St. Clair Ave., East Liverpool, Ohio 43920 or the Heritage Bike Trail, 119 East 5th St., East Liverpool (checks to be made payable to ELCPR, indicate Bike Trail in the memo).
