James R. Loy Obituary

He was predeceased by : his parents, Delbert Loy and Sarah Loy (Roe); and his siblings, Deanna Powers (Robert) and Edward Loy. He is survived by : his family Jim; his wife Debra Loy (Hull) of Calcutta; his children, Jodi Adkins (Nathan Stark) of East Liverpool and Brent Loy (Heather) of East Liverpool; his stepson Steven Hale (Melanie) of Olathe, KS; his grandchildren, Nathan, Bailey, Wyatt, Abigail, Kenley and Evie; and his brothers, William Loy (Carol) of East Liverpool and Thomas Loy of East Liverpool. He is also survived by many cousins nieces and nephews that he held dear to hy cousins, nieces and nephews.
