She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Cornell and Grace Cornell (Walker); and her stepdaughter Jessica Sue Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Keith Clark; her children, Tracy Owens Blankenship of East Liverpool and Michael Owens (Erin) of California; her grandchildren, Jamie Saunders (Chad), Michael Dawson (Holly), Nicolas Blankenship (Sydney), Abby Owens, Gracy Conrad, Dominik Chapman and Christian Chapman; her siblings, Glenn Cornell (Kitti) of Tennessee, Karen Smith (Cliff) of East Liverpool, Trudy McKinnon (Mike) of East Liverpool and Debbie Burrows (Rusty) of Louisiana; and her sister-in-law Theresa Dean (Don). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
