He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Mackall Bosworth; his children, John Bosworth Jr. (Brookie) of Columbiana and Paige Bosworth (Dustin Joy) of Lisbon; his grandchildren, London and Bradley; his mother Phyllis Bosworth; his sister Carrie Ferguson; his mother-in-law Vivian Mackall of Wellsville; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Germanovich of Lisbon, Robbie Petrick of Wellsville and Robert "Binks" Mackall of Wellsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
