He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon R. Walker and Ruby Mae Stevens Walker; his wife Ruby P. Brewer Walker; his daughter Sharon Lyn Walker Smith; and his siblings, Virginia Mehaffey, Zelma Trowbridge, Imogene Potts, Stanley Walker, Denzil Walker, Ernie Walker and Vernon Walker, Jr..

He is survived by : his children, Karen Klebanow of East Liverpool, Kenneth "Bob" Walker (Carol Sue) of Calcutta and Roger Allen Walker (Janet) of East Palestine. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
