With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kerry R Welce in East Liverpool, Ohio, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on September 10, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Robert Welce and Edith Welce; his brothers, Terry Welce (Karen) of Largo, Fla. and Jerry Welce of Columbiana; his stepsons, Randy Dean and Kerry Dean; his nephew Michael Welce (Suzanne); and his niece Amanda Welce. He was also cherished by four step-grandchildren.
