He is survived by: his wife Cathy Hester Seckman; his brother Daryl; his nieces, Christina Seckman and Andrea Seckman Cross; his siblings-in-law, Andrea Hesteer Adkins, Larry Adkins and Maggie Hester Kestner; and his nieces and nephews, Laran Hyder McGarr, Morgan Kestner Roush, Tim Adkins, Eric Adkins and Zak Kestner.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Community Church (50495 Sharon Drive, Calcutta, OH 43920).
