She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. "Red" Sellards and Madeline Sellards (Wellman); her husband John Hayner; her sister Joyce Adkins; her brothers-in-law, Larry Sparks and Franklin "Deadle" Adkins; and her pet Buddy Oscar.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Hayner and Jason Hayner (Jamie); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew and Ellie; and her sister Lynda Sparks.
