He is survived by: his wife Judith D. "Judy" Cochran (Goleno); his children, Terrie Lynn Wright (David) of East Liverpool, Rebecca Covert (Ralph Widger II) of Lisbon, OH and John D. Hall (Lisa) of East Liverpool; his grandsons, Richard Lee Hall (Jacki Ferguson) of Wellsville, David Dean Daniel of East Liverpool, Justin Robert Cochran (Kaylynn) of East Liverpool and Christian Robert Hall (Dee) of Bellevue, PA; and his great grandchildren, Ellisabeth Cochran, Eliyas Cochran and Alexa Call.
