He is survived by: his wife Sharon Conkle (Doan) of Mary's Catholic Church; his children, Tammy Wetzel (Doug), Jonathan Conkle (Misty) and Jason Conkle (Nika); his grandchildren, Amy Pechacek (Mark), Thomas Wetzel, Catherine Wetzel (Ryan Cisar), Lydia Wetzel, Quentin Walker and Gavin Conkle; his brother Carl Conkle; and his caregivers, Dorothy, Amber, Becky of Fairhope Hospice and Kylie.
