She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl W. Speerhas and Ethel Speerhas (Burchett); her son Richard L. "Dickie" Osborn; and her sister Jane Scott. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Renee Wise (Jim) and Ronald W. Osborn; her stepson Greg A. Osborn; her daughter-in-law Kim Osborn; her brother Frank Speerhas; her grandchildren, Brittany Emeloff (Todd), Justin Osborn, Whitney Osborn, Kyle Osborn and Jennifer Wise; her stepgrandchildren, Shantell Osborn, Greg Osborn, Dalton Osborn and Dylan Osborn; her great grandchildren, Hunter Osborn, Malakai Osborn and London Richard Emeloff; her sibling's children, John Speerhas, Teresa McCoy and Janet Piggott; and her close friend Margie Brewer.
