With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Barnes of East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on October 4, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Norman Barnes and Janet Yvonne Barnes (Harris); her daughter Tiffany Marie Barnes; and her siblings, Phil Barnes, Steve Barnes, Cary Barnes and Marsha Posey.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Lee Renner of East Liverpool, Richard Wayne Hutton of East Liverpool and Katie Nicole Hutton of Wellsville; her grandchildren, Dereon Adkins of East Liverpool, Dynasty Steele of Wellsville, Anya Adkins of East Liverpool and Tiffany Williams of McKees Rocks; and her siblings, Larry Barnes of East Liverpool, Doug Barnes of East Liverpool, Randy Barnes of Snow Camp, NC and Cheryl Mofield of Carthage, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 200 E 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920.
