With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Terry Riggs (East Liverpool, Ohio), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Riggs and Gloria Gable Riggs; his sister Bonnie Lee; his nephew Christian Riggs; his stepfather Lester; and his brother-in-law Steve.
He is survived by: his friends, Terry Glenn Riggs and Heaven; his wife Debbie Dawson Riggs; his son Brian Riggs (Emily); his grandchildren, Barlow, Zola, Bayla, Sebastian and Finnigan; his son Nathan Riggs (Kaylyn); his grandchild Colt of East Liverpool; his siblings, Scott Riggs (Renee) and Sandra Loar (Gary); Dan Dawson (Lisa), Kim (Mike DiLoreto), Amy (Troy Graft), David Dawson and Doug Dawson (Trish Yaden). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
