He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerry Kiger and Ruby Kiger (LeMasters); his son Gregory S. Kiger; his granddaughter Tiarra "T." Kiger; and his brother Ralph Kiger.

He is survived by : his spouse Delaina "Dee" Kiger (Jones); his children, Tom Kiger, Mike Kiger (Melissa) and Valerie Kiger; his grandchildren, Shawna Kiger Yerkey (Jonathan), Gregory S. Kiger (Ellen), Jedidiah Wilson, Jonathan Roudabush, Dylan Kiger and Devin Kiger; and his brother Joseph Kiger (Nondis). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
