He is survived by: his parents, Edward Leaf (Laureene Allison) of East Palestine and Julie Munyon Richeal (Keith) of East Palestine; his brother Gage Bush of Boardman; his grandmothers, Evelyn Munyon of East Palestine and Jane Leaf of Darlington, PA; his uncles, Timothy Leaf (Jacqueline) and Stephen Leaf (Casey); his aunt Brenda Munyon (Kristy); and his pet Zero. He is also survived by many cousins; and his favorite companion.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home (60 W Martin St, East Palestine, OH 44413). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
