He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Magness (Daniel) of East Palestine; his siblings, Thomas Badger of East Palestine and Shannon Badger of East Palestine; his uncle Samuel Badger (Jan) of Boardman; and his aunts, Charlotte Fader (Jerry) of Liberty, Margaret Horne (Alan) of Sharpsville, PA and Heather Motter (David) of Hubbard.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home (60 W Martin St, East Palestine, OH 44413). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
