He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Seiter and Lloyd Seiter; and his brother Tom Seiter. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Seiter; his daughter Kimberly Seiter McBride; his grandchildren, Jayden Hickman, Colton Hickman (Dana Hickman) and Maison McBride; and his siblings, Nancy Schmidt, Marge Douglas (Allan), William Seiter (MaryEllen), Sue Roush (Dick) and Deb Murdock (Ed). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home (644 E Main St, East Palestine, OH 44413). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Those wishing to honor David's memory are invited to make a memorial contribution to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
