He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Shook and John Shook. He is survived by: his wife Laurie; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Shook of Youngstown, OH and Carol Shook Brown of Mentor, OH.; his nephew James "Jimmy" Brown; his niece Kelly Brown; and his stepson Jack.
