It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet M. Seagle of East Palestine, Ohio, who passed away on May 3, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Moore and Ethel McIntosh Moore; and her husband Elbert L. Seagle. She is survived by: her daughters, Leigh Ann Coon (David) of Marietta, GA, Lori Sneddon (Gary) of East Palestine, Linda Watson (Kevin) of Dayton, Lizabeth Beight (Steven) of Peterburg, Laura Umphrey (Jeff) of Bourbonnais, IL, Lana Dumbauld (Mark) of East Palestine and Leslie Seagle (Daniel Dankovich) of Boardman; her grandchildren, Stephanie Myers (Jason), Daniel Sneddon (Stephanie Mora), Jessica Felger (Frank), Matthew Watson, Annie Kundert (Nick), Melissa Madrid (David), Timothy Doran (Adrienne Koegel), Brian Ashton, Kristina Fox (Ty), Alec Dumbauld (Paige Hoxmeier), Tom Dumbauld (Carlee May) and Steven Parker (Breanne); and her great grandchildren, Jack, Noah, Layne, Wyatt, Wesley, Asher, William, Sophia, Andrew, Lukas, Maisie, Evelyn, Leni, Ryder, Tabitha, Toby, Griffin, Silas, Lily and Baby Dumbauld.
