She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zeh and Ethel Bowles Zeh; her husband Dr. William "Bill" David Fullerton; and her brother Robert Zeh. She is survived by: her children, Dr. William L. Fullerton (Jo Ellen) of Williamsburg, VA, Kay Brookman (Carl) of Raleigh, NC and Sue Allison (Terry) of East Palestine; and her grandchildren, Jenny Charlson (Tom), Carrie Rashleigh (Marty), Travis Fullerton (Ashley), Jessica Corbitt (Ryan), Megan Strollo (William), Seth Reeves (Wendy), Sarah Blossom (Steve), Aaron Allison, Annie Vaccaro (Thomas) and Jennie Wolfe (Scott). She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home (60 W Martin St, East Palestine, OH 44413).
