It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melinda Czerwinski of East Palestine, Ohio, born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on May 11, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Jane Pettigrew-Ross; and her stepfather Victor Ross. She is survived by: her daughter Lauren Czerwinski of East Palestine; and her brother E. Campbell Pettigrew of Charleston.
