He is survived by: his wife Diana McCreary Biggins; his children, David Biggins (Tiffany) of East Palestine, Kristopher Athey (Sara) of South Carolina, Lindi Glover (Gary) of Rogers and Jamie Scragg (Larry, Jr.) of Leetonia; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Haylee, Austin, Shayne and Madilyn. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and three sisters.
