He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Evans and Geraldine Young Evans; his brother Timothy Evans; and his brother-in-law Larry Wales. He is survived by: his wife Melody Keating Evans; his children, Jill Jurjavcic (John) of East Palestine and Troy Evans (Carly) of East Palestine; his grandchildren, Rylie, Owen Jurjavcic, Claire and Ainsley Evans; his siblings, Sandy Wales of East Palestine, Patty Sugar (Denny) of East Palestine and Theodore Evans (Donna) of Salem; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Evans of East Palestine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
