He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Klinesmith and Lucy A. Klinesmith (Hupp); and his wife Connie Klinesmith. He is survived by: his children, William Klinesmith, Jr. (Katia) of Frazysburg, Ohio and Julie Kroah (Ken) of Newark, Ohio; his grandchildren, TJ, Alexis, Emerson, Tiffany Klinesmith, Nathaniel, Colleen, Matthew Kroah, Rebekah Wolfe (Jerinson), Abigale Coomes (Justin) and Aron DeJesus-Lafferty (Hope); and his great grandchildren, Gabriel Klinesmith and Jacob Diaz-Wolfe.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home East Palestine (644 E Main St, East Palestine, OH 44413). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
