He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Frederick and Emma Esther Ebert. He is survived by: his girlfriend Vicki L. Jacoby; his children, Keith Jones and Traci Simmons (Mike); his extended family Stacy Soehnlen (Brian); his grandchildren, Kyle, Connor, Blake, Kennedy, Taylor, Dillon and Lewey; his great grandchild Axton; and his pets, Cinnamon and Shiloh.
