He was predeceased by : his parents, Okey McDade and Cressa McDade (Gill); and his siblings, Mary Alice McDade, Homer, Walter, Paul, Edward, Andy and Jack McDade.
He is survived by : his wife Patricia A. McDade; his children, Cheryl (Larry Burk), Cindy Edwards, Carla (Rich Townsend), Glen P. "Butch" (Twila McDade) and Gary W. McDade (Lynn Norton); and his sister-in-law Terrace McDade. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.
