Cooper of East Sparta, Ohio, born in Carroll, Ohio, who passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Junius Yealey and Grace Yealey (Capper); her husband Walter C. Cooper; her stepson Gary Cooper; and her sibling's children, Roseanne Reed and Randy Arbogast.
She is survived by: her sister Martha King; and her sibling's children, Vic Arbogast (Robin), Lilly Arbogast, Marlene Habony, Jackie Williams (Bill) and Charlene Harron. She is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
