He is survived by: his wife Dollie Anderson Starkey; his daughters, Sharon Lutton, Debra Starkey and Judy Starkey; his grandsons, Hank (Elizabeth), Luke and Troy Lutton (Sadie); his great grandchild Cormac Lutton; and his sisters, Ruth Glasscock (Gary) and Charlotte "Dutchie" Wyatt (Joe).
