He is survived by: his wife Leona "Lee" Higgins; his daughters, Rochelle Higgins (Derek), Marium Faulkner of Greenville and Cheri Capuano (Mark Davis) of Portsmouth, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Coretta Capuano (James), Madeline Capuano, Sina Faulkner and Allen Faulkner; his siblings, Roberta "Bert" Saylor (late Charles Saylor) of Painesville, Bob Higgins (Patti) of Mentor and Joseph "Butch" Higgins of Chardon; and his nieces and nephews, Mandy West (Adam), Lindsay English (Nick) and Jessie Higgins.
