He is survived by: his family Robert Andrew Couch (family: Richard Anthony Couch, Rhondalynn Faith Walker); his wife Paula Moon-Hipsher; and his sisters, Mary Reitzel, Shirley Bando and Clarilynn Pusch (Dennis).
