He is survived by: his wife Leza Meyer; his children, Adrian, Leigha, Madison and Dustin; his parents, Doug Meyer and Tammy Meyer; his grandmother Karenne Stannard; his aunts, Shirley Spraguer, Dawn Meyer, Sherry Phillips, Ryan Baldwin and Jayme Baldwin; his uncle Robert Baldwin; his great-aunt Stephanie Wolf (Hal Arnst); his father-in-law Stephen Gruden; and his brothers, Doug and Randy.
