It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Michael Slattman of Eastlake, Ohio, born in Ottawa, Ohio, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Slattman and Josephine Slattman; and his brothers, William Slattman and Albert "Butch" Slattman. He is survived by : his children, Shane Slattman, Dawn Eisenberg, John Slattman (Chrystal) and Nicole Fediuk (Patrick); his grandchildren, Adrian Slattman, Hannah Eisenberg, Kylie Eisenberg, Alexandria Eisenberg, Chloe Eisenberg and John Fediuk; and his siblings, Carol Hoffman (Norm), Donna Nageotte (Daniel) and Larry Slattman (Debra).
