Kurchak of Eastlake, Ohio, born in Pinconning, Michigan, who passed away on March 14, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen; his parents, Michael Kurchak and Rose Barnum (Webb); and his brother John. He is survived by: his children, Michael E. (Dawn) and Anna (Will Hanisch); and his grandsons, Michael and Thomas.
