He was predeceased by: his father Tom E. Daly; his sister Nita; his wife Lois; his children, Tom E. "Herky" Daly III, Robert Daly, Russell Daly and Donna Wilson; and his grandchildren, Candice Anderson and Christopher Daly.
He is survived by: his sisters, Fran, Amy and Freida; his children, Ted Daly (Linda), Janice Zemaitis (Walter) and Teri Creadon (Michael); and his grandchildren, Tom E. Daly IV, Tina Sedar, Jenna Nordman, Shawn Little, Michael Daly, Bryan Daly, Gregory Zemaitis and Kylie Creadon. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
