She is survived by: her daughter Angela Collins (Dale) of Eaton; her grandchildren, Kayleigh Sampson (Stephen) of Eaton, Kelli Mays of Eaton, Kaleb Collins of Eaton and Kole Collins of Eaton; her great grandchildren, Shyanne, Gavynn and Korbynn Sampson; and her siblings, Terry Halderman (Dianne) of Middletown, OH and Sandra Fader (Randy) of Franklin, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
