He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Donna Katherine George, James Robert Smith, Daniel Lee Smith, Randall Allen Smith, Dale Matthew Smith and Steven Eugene Smith; and his siblings, Marty Willis, Dotty Czerwonka and Dave Smith (Maggie). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
